Ingredients
1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Dark Rum
0.5 btl Passion Fruit Bruce Cost Ginger Ale
1 Pineapple (Cored Out)
3 Sprigs of Mint
10-15 Ice Cubes
Direction

Muddle 5-10 mint leaves with pineapple juice and lime wedges (juice and rind)

Add in rum and ice

Stir vigorously

Strain into cored out pineapple and fill with ice

Top with Bruce Cost Passion Fruit Ginger Ale

Garnish with sprig of mint and umbrella
